The room was extremely comfortable and clean. I was surprised that there was no hair dryer in the room though because that has become almost expected. I did not ask though because it wasn’t that important to me.

The staff were very nice, but housekeeping woke me up one morning with a loud knock at my door. The housekeeper didn't seem to understand the sign on the door, as her English was limited. After explaining via hand gestures, she apologized, and it didn't happen again. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the sink, brown splatters on the wall around the toilet, and the shower floor was grimy. I checked in late, and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I cleaned to an acceptable level with hot water and a washcloth. Probably the worst part was the noise from outside the room, especially a loud intermittent beep coming from the hallway. I just left the TV on all night to mask the noises. Otherwise, the room was decent and comfortable, with everything I needed. I would have preferred a coffee maker in the room versus the free vending machines in the lobby, but the free breakfast made up for that in my opinion.

Room was okay. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help us check in (there was a sign telling us to have a seat and someone would be with us soon) and then once I checked in, the girl said she had to go check my room and keys and disappeared for about 15 minutes and came back with my keys. Judging by the overwhelming chemical smell in the room, she did a quick clean. The breakfast was decent but messy...garbage on the floor, coffee spilled everywhere, trash overflowing.

Staff was great. In the bathtub, the shampoo conditioner and soap dispenser had come off the wall. There were guest staying in the hotel with the young children. I believe it was eight children could’ve been more that we’re running in the hallway and in the stairwell when we get to our room and they were noisy all night and then early in the morning they were in the hallway with music and we’re dancing And woke us up early. Otherwise stay was average..

All interactions with the staff were incredibly friendly and polite! Breakfast was tasty, plentiful, with lots of options! Loved the oatmeal with toppings. Our room was updated and clean. The wall mounted thermostat was great on a cool Fall day.
