Although the check in was excellent the lady was very helpful. Then I started to take a shower and seen Multiple black hairs on the floor of the shower. I took pictures to upload, but having trouble finding out how to do that. Had a bit of a hard time finding the road to get into the hotel also. No signs out on the road. Thank goodness for google.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor. We called to have them clean it. Did a poor job. Looked under head board behind mattress...skin flakes and god knows whatever else. Will never stay at a Holiday inn again.

What can I say. When you enter the hotel the rug was dirty. Indifferent reception. Pool out of service. Poor breakfast. Bathroom floor dirty. Shower stall floor super slippery. Toilet wobbly. Mattress needs to be changed. Room smelled. In general we had a terrible experience. The worst HI Express experience we have had.

Just okay

The room was spacious but I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. The breakfast was sub par and the coffee machine wasn’t working. Luckily, we could use the Keurig in our room.

The hotel itself was good, efficient. But our room was a bit disappointing. You could tell it was new’ish, but you could also tell attention to detail in cleaning and upkeep was lacking. Dirt on the bathroom floor and the toilet paper roll was nearly about to fall out of the wall.
