Everything was great, starting with the host Lisa who was fine and made up extra beds when we told her we had extra people coming. The house is very rustic with lots of retro furniture which actually added to the whole vibe and it was very comfortable. Beds were all good and everyone seemed to sleep well, amazing deck with great outside table which we used for dinner every night as well as games. Great shower pressure and wifi. And well equiped kitchen. Views from lounge, deck also table above garden were amazing. Lastly our dog loved her time there as well especially loved the sheepskin rugs ( we may have to buy her some) she did jump the lower fence once when our family members arrived back after us second day to meet them ( so be mindful if you have a bigger active dog ) but that is an us problem and we made sure we kept a better eye on her when she left the deck. Overall a great place and would love to go back again at some point. Thanks again to Lisa and family

We had such a good time here. The accommodation was perfect. There were toys for the kids, lots of DVDs, games and books to read. The massive bunk beds were a hit with the kids. The views were A. Highly recommend!

Perfect Seaside Retreat

Fabulous seaside crib evoking memories of family holidays way back when. House like a 1960’s timewarp….in all the best ways. Very comfortable. Very clean. Views to die for. We will be back next year !

FANTASTIC GET AWAY!

This property had everything that was needed for our annual get away. Space, warmth, and comfortable. Two families together (8) The batch feel was there with modern amenities'. Great communication with owner and ease of access to property. Great location with great views. 10/10.

We had a great time. The house was perfect. Had everything you could possibly need. A fire for those chilly mornings. The location was great. Views were beautiful. Beach close by....what else could you want!! Toys and DVDs for the kids and adults. Thanks for a wonderful place to have a few days away.

Fabulous Family Holiday

Amazing, happy holiday destination. This property has so much more to offer than what is listed. Such a surprise when we arrived, it was the perfect place for an our family holiday and we were all sad to leave. If you are looking for a holiday with the kids with plenty of room this property has it with a touch of Kiwiana.
