Top floor, no air conditioning if you arrive after 5pm, no a/c, then charge $15/day. No kidding… first time I’ve ever seen that happen. Room was so hot. Room larger and very nice.

The property was clean and nice. Pool/BBQ area is also very nice. Beautiful view from the condo. The only problem is the AC. We would have to pay additional to turn that on and also it's only for the bedroom and not for the whole condo.

Very nice place to stay. Considerate and friendly staff. They called to see what time we would be arriving because they closed at 5:30 pm. and they could give us additional instructions if needed. So nice... :)

Great location in Kona

Six of us stayed one night. Great location with deck overlooking the ocean. Very good amenities. Murphy bed was comfortable. A/C is not automatic so you have to request it in advance (and pay extra). We just used fans and it was a little warm but ok. Would stay here again.

Property was nice, with pool-grills-lawn area, and the view was wonderful - we spotted whales and dolphins multiple times. The lack of HVAC was an issue and the availability of only a single room mobile AC unit (at $15 per day) was not enough for all.

Spacious and clean. Bedroom needs ventilation but Murphy bed was very comfortable. Plenty of fans provided. Nice full, stocked kitchen. Hard to find company office which has limited hours, but registrar super nice. I’d stay again.

No prior communication regarding the lack of air conditioning and the need to pay a fee to have a bedroom ac unit connected. The room was in excess of 80 degrees at 9:30 pm. No elevator for the third floor unit. The setting and view was outstanding.

This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place with a full kitchen!
