Construction Notice
Spalling work is scheduled for the Kona Reef A Building from March 25 – April 16, 2026, during which lanais will be inaccessible and construction noise and dust should be expected. Parking may also be limited.
In addition, exterior concrete repair and painting are part of a property-wide project anticipated between January 5, 2026 and April 13, 2027, which may result in intermittent weekday construction noise elsewhere on property.
Construction schedules may change and construction-related inconvenience does not qualify for refunds or compensation.
