This is a new home with stunning views. Beautifully nestled in Mt. Hualalai which is your backyard and a gorgeous ocean view in the front. You will never want to leave the luxury and comfort of this home. The cooler temperatures at this elevation make it a comfortable location.

There is a field of friendly goats on one side of the property, yes you may feed them :)

Papaya trees are located throughout the property and you're welcome to as many as you like. We'll leave a picker for you.

**Located close to the town of Kona, Beaches, Harbor, (3miles) and the Airport (8miles), but still with a country feel, plenty of space, and privacy.
