My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. Overall, everything was good. ---- 全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は良かったです。ホテルは清潔で素敵ですし、とても雰囲気の良いエリアにあるので、ぜひおすすめします。唯一のフィードバックとして、もし経営の方がご覧になっていればお伝えしたいのですが、無人ホテルであることは理解しています（そのためスタッフを3/5と評価しました）。しかし、3人で宿泊したにもかかわらず追加のシーツを用意していただけなかった点は、少し厳しく柔軟性に欠ける印象を受けました。とはいえ、全体的にはとても満足しています。

最悪な民泊スタイル

初めての無人ホテルでした。Hotels.comには、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。

鹿兒島有幾間同集團的住宿，到埗後才知道弄錯地方了，在門口搞了好一陣才發現可能地方不對。進入住宿後有個視像通話，但職員的態度是我這幾天遇過最不怎麼樣的。住宿只有樓梯，需要搬動行李，房間也還不錯，洗手間蠻大的，乾濕分離，就是差點找不到馬桶。晚上也蠻寧靜。

全体的には満足でしたが…

全体的には衛生的で、とても満足しました。1つだけ言わせてもらうとすれば、チェックイン時のタブレットの液晶に傷が入っており、タップがしにくい状況でした。その為、チェックインに時間を取られてしまいました。改善をお願いしたいと思います

東京から車移動での強行軍で当日チェックインできるかわからない旨を直接お電話してしまったのですが、非常に丁寧に対応してくださりました。お部屋も写真以上に広くてキレイでした。お隣の地鶏屋さんも美味しくて、お店の方も優しくて。文句なしの旅行になりました。ぜひまたリピートしたいです。

玄関に入るナンバーが送られて来ず、困りました。施設はとても綺麗で良いのですが、お風呂を洗うスポンジ等がなく、困りました。それさえきちんとしていたらまたぜひ泊まりたいです

入口のパスワード、全く異なる数字だった。チャットで問合せると、「ホテルを間違えてませんか？確認して下さい。」との返事。交番で確認すると返事送ると、すぐ正しいパスワードが送られてきましたが、最初から不信感満載でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、エアコンフィルターや棚が埃で真っ黒。掃除しましたが、咳がとまらず滞在中、室内でずっとマスク生活でした。体調崩し辛かったです。天文館や中央駅は徒歩圏内で、美味しい大分唐揚げ弁当屋さんも近くにあり、立地は良かったです。室内で寛げなかったためもう利用する事はないですね。

今後泊まることはない

今まで止まった場所で一番イライラさせられましたので今後泊まることはないですね。部屋に設置されているタブレットがなぜか鳴りっぱなしでAIチャットに連絡しても応答なし電話しても応答なしHPないからチャット連絡しても使えませんと表示される。ちゃんとホテルマンのいるホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。

落ち着きあるインテリア、清潔でした。 3人だったため、1人はソファーで寝ましたが、ブランケットのかぶり物がなく寒かった。最終日は隣の部屋の子供達が興奮して走り回り、うるさかったです。気持ちは良くわかりますが。また簡単な調味料（塩やサラダ油等）、お風呂には湯おけがあったら良かったのですが。快適で、機会があればまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。
