With a pool to sit by and wading pool for toddlers. The communal BBQ facilities which are perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch. Large, grassed areas for the kiddies to run around and have cartwheel competitions, the cool Bali feel gazebos are the perfect position for judging (10/10). Fully Ducted Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning throughout the Unit. The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.
Unit 29 sleeps 6 Guests and the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Each bedroom has their own control with the lounge room, dining room and kitchen off the one control. Renovated bathrooms. The main bedroom has a TV. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop and oven plus a microwave oven and a family sized fridge/freezer. There is also a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player, stereo system including a CD player. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer with cleaning equipment. The outdoor entertaining area has a small garden with a 6-seat outdoor setting. This all overlooks the swimming pool, wading pool for toddlers.
A complimentary Bottle of Wine will await you with more than 2 x night's stay! Please notify us prior to arrival of your preferred choice of red or white.

Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.
The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
