My Mom’s room had the smoke detector ripped from the wall and placed in a dresser drawer. Both the ice maker and phone in the room did not work as well. There is no one present at the front desk to answer any questions. Very frustrating!

hotel felt abandoned. had to wait at front desk for more than ten minutes for someone to arrive. grounds were neglected. very few cars in parking lot. seedy looking characters came and went. I would not have stayed had I known there were other choices nearby.

Breakfast is a very limited “grab and go”. Staff is very pleasant. Hotel is super convenient to I-10. Easy parking. No fee for a pet. I will stay there again.

The front desk gentleman was very pleasant, however he was not always at the front desk. The room was not ready at check in so we went to eat and came back. The room was not cleaned very well. Floor had stuff on it. The bathtub had hairs in it, as well as the floor. The towels also had fuzz and hairs in them. We have stayed there several times over the last 14 years and it was always ok. We were disappointed.
