Comfortable bed, clean facility extremely friendly bar staff and breakfast. Staff check-in was a breeze. No problems whatsoever would stay there again. Breakfast was good lots of options.

I have been yelled at by Clayton. He has been extremely rude since I checked in. Trying to charge for my Service Animal which Jordan from Dakota fixed. Ordered my medical documentation for a service animal which is illegal. Tried politely to explain the 2 questions he was allowed to ask me. Refused to give me his name. Demanded a cc for incidentals which I previously payed if I wanted something. Yelling and being ignorant of laws and made it a point to tell me if I wanted his name I was to ask his female manager what it was. There is no reason for him to yell at me and make me fear retribution!

Hotel has multiple floors, but no elevator, rooms were nice and clean, but the power went out for about 2 hours. Things popped back on later, couldn’t find a person for updates. Breakfast was strange, eggs and chicken tenders, but it tasted fine. I guess I could have made chicken and waffles.
