Clement - Jugon Les Lacs - Brittany

Clement is one of our 3 adjoining cottages set in over an acre of gardens.

Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Jugon, lying between Dinan and Lamballe, it is an excellent centre for exploring the area. Dinard, St Malo and Mont St Michel are all within an easy drive and safe sandy beaches can be reached within 30 minutes.

A brief walk takes you down to the Lake with all its watersports and a range of facilities including cycle hire, tennis court and playground.

The village is within walking distance and provides restaurants, bars and shops within a beautiful historic market square, enabling the village to be recognised as a " Petites Cites De Caractere"

Clement shares a large secure garden and looks out over open fields and woods.

Separate patio areas, with BBQ facilities are provided for each cottage and there is sufficient parking on site.

Sympathetic renovation has enabled modern facilities to be made available for guests whilst maintaining the original features. There are beams and log burners in both properties, set within original fireplaces, as well as modern heating for added cosiness.

The living area looks over the well maintained garden where you can enjoy peace and quiet with total privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable fully self catered living and there is a washing machine provided. The two bedrooms comprise one double and one twin room.

There are separate toilet and bathroom facilities.

WiFi is available together with French and English TV

A recently renovated Games Room (shared with the other two cottages) is equipped with Table Tennis, Pool and Table Football.
