Not quite good enough to return

This hotel could be good but disappointed in several ways, some of which could be improved. The location was good, handy to nearby major roads. Parking was very good. Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception). The room was pocket-sized but reasonable for the price, and had an openable window. The room heating could be controlled but, unfortunately, turning it right down did not prevent the room getting uncomfortably hot once the window was closed, due to over-heating in adjacent areas. Soundproofing was very good against street noise but very poor against echoing corridor noises - walking, talking and especially the slamming of heavy self-closing doors by other guests - both late at night and early in the morning. Oddly, there was no hand-soap provided in the bathroom but luckily we could reach into the shower to use the gel dispenser there.

Great stay in a very nice hotel, great value.

Great stay at the B&B hotel. Super easy check in, nice welcome and great room and facilities. Secure private parting and easy access off the Autoroute. Lovely breakfast too. This was our second stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location

A great place for an overnight stop. The rooms was clean without those overhead bunks. The location was excellent and only a five minute drive from the town.

Adjacent to major road works. Airconditioning in the canicule was invaluable! One breakfast there was a huge bus-load present that resulted in no seats - only standing room.
