The ground floor enjoys open living with a well equipped kitchen, a half bathroom and spacious, light filled living and dining area with AC and wifi throughout the property. This open living area leads out onto a large covered private terrace which is the perfect place to watch the boats go past in the morning with a coffee, or sundowners listening to the tropical evening sounds.
