The bed is too soft, the pillow is even worst ..so soft ..even we ask for harder one ..it came .is still soft ..my whole family suffer these 3 nites stay . My room ph not working even after repairs . The breakfast food item run out, no one top up. Knowing the peak period .the management should have anticipated these. I got to clear our plate to the server . Omg ..even saw the manager coming down to help. Seriously we came here a few time . This is by far the unimaginable experiences. However, the room is clean and staff is awesome. Much better service than last round we stayed. Hope my feedback is listen . Till we stayed again. FyI.i drank the tea terik , the cup even have the 💋 mark by the side ....hahaha

Location is excellent. Driving up to the parking for holiday inn lobby is not for the faint-hearted. Narrow turns. 😂 Room is great. Very spacious though sofa bed is not for the not-so-young. Probably doable for kids. Not exactly sea view though our room is supposed to have sea view as it’s not on a higher floor. More immigration centre view and sky view. Amenities were provided. Breakfast variety was excellent. Family had lots of items to choose from. However, understaffed. A guest carried his child to juice carrots and celery. The child was stepping on the alcove where the juice glasses are placed for all of us. Wish a staff had told off the parent.

Room was clean, modern and amenities are great. The premium room we booked has the nice sea view. Prompt response to our requests for extra towel. The only downside is the jam around the hotel and we had to drive up the narrow driveway to the 7th floor of the carpark. Carpark is open-air.

Breakfast menu variety could be better as the same food variety is served consecutively over 2 days. Otherwise staff service is prompt even during busy hours. High tea food hygiene should be observed. Room is comfortable though the shower room door does not close properly.

The lift broke down. My family and I were stuck in the lift for almost 30 minutes. Inside the lift shaft, there was no phone signal, pressed the bell but no response. When finally got signal, it was weak and the emergency number was to the lift company and not the hotel. After 30 minutes, we finally heard voices. Took another 15 minutes before they brought us to safety and opened the door. When queried, staff said they have visual of us in the lift but the intercom was down. This was very traumatic. The other lifts functioned intermittently when we used it. There were long pause before the lift started moving. It was very stressful after that experience. There was no service recovery offered until asked. Free breakfast was offered to my family. Strongly urge the hotel to check the lift especially during and after a thunderstorm.

Bidet spray in the toilet showed signs of bursting. At 3am I decided to called the room service and activate the maintenance team. Fortunately wheh he arrives, the pipe burst and strong jet of water comes our. Luckily his hand was holding it and pointing to the floor. Imagine if I was using it and naked with the jet if water spraying all over the toilet! Breakfast was not nice. Food looks appealing but taste wasnt fantastic! Lost my appetite to have a sumptious buffet spread breakfast on my 2nd morning.
