Clean rooms, convenient amenities with quiet and safe environments. Overall had a good stay for 1night. Both rooms have defective shower heads and shower head holder which cannot give proper hold of shower heads to enjoy a good bath.

Good and firm bed. Not hotel luxurious kind, but was good for a good rest. Was clean enough though bath towels looks worn out. Very good location to get around

Lobby area and room are modernly designed. However, the technicians could not supported to set up our TV channels properly and left without resolving the issue. Water flow too slow and water was not hot enough as you will need to turn on the heater minimally for 30mins. Was able to find parking near hotel. Reception staff was helpful. The price is on the higher end.

We had to exterminate not just one, BUT THREE cockroaches on separate days. The water dispenser at Level 2 was full of ants, and the hot water dispenser's water is not even warm, basically ruined my morning coffee.

The room is clean and it’s comfortable. It’s cozy. Lots of food options. Though it’s quite far from shopping malls but it’s easy to get a grab. There’s a nearby massage too.
