Not senior citizen friendly!

We asked for a first floor room when I made the reservation— we were given 2nd floor and there were no elevators. Check in took over 20 minutes. Clerk had to go make sure the room had been cleaned at 7:00 pm. Construction workers stayed there and had several parking spots filled with trailers with equipment on them Sheets on the bed were NASTY! Clerk came up and looked and brought us clean sheets. Fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed. I was tucking in flat sheets at 1:00 in the morning! I stopped at front desk the next morning and the morning clerks were horrified at my news. She assured me it would be taken care of before we returned that night and it was. We have no plans to ever book at Baymont again!

No elevator, meager breakfast

Went to Johnson City for my daughter's graduation from ETSU, Baymont did not ruin the trip, but it certainly didn't make it better. Would not recommend, hotel has no elevator so I have no idea how they are ADA compliant. My mother reserved a first floor room and was told when she got there, she had a 2nd floor room. She has to use a walker to walk, how was she going to get to a 2nd floor room??? Finally after 2-3 hours she was given a 1st floor room like she reserved and should have had from the beginning. My room had the noisiest fridge on the planet. Almost impossible to sleep with it turning on and off all night. Tried to cancel 2nd night on the 8th, website wouldn't let me and manager was no help in resolving the issue. The breakfast was mostly cold and in the dreariest room in the hotel. Will not stay at a Baymont ever again and recommend others stay away too.

We had no issues with the hotel. It was clean, comfortable beds, check in was easy and the attendant was very friendly and quick at checking me in. Will be using this hotel again when we come back to Johnson City

Can not think of any Hotel Management better than this here at Baymont by Wyndham in Johnson City, TN. Very nice and clean rooms. All the employees we encountered were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful with any thing we needed and had questions about. Really enjoyed our two night stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

I reserved a non smoking room. Was told by front desk staff it was a smoking room that ok reserved. Demanded I pay for an upgrade for non smoking. Confirmed my reservation with email. He still have me a smoking room. This room sticks. The furniture is damaged. The bathroom is not clean. There was no soap on shower. No lamp by the bed. I will be asking for a refund.

I requested an accessible room but it was being renovated. I asked them for a regular room that would not take a long walk to get to. The honored the request. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It was the best night sleep I had on my 4-night trip. The others were in Days Inn which I would stay away from. This hotel also had good breakfast: eggs (yes, those expensive eggs), sausage, gravy, cereal, waffle and the usual toast, butter...and juice, coffee. I would definitely book them again.

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm. We got their at 1:50 and cleaning lady wasn't finished cleaning and she just walked off and left her phone vacuum and everything in the room and i went in and complained andbin total it took 50 to get in our room.
