The room itself was a disappointment. The window would only open slightly, which meant it was impossible to get the ocean breeze. The breakfast area was kept air conditioned instead of opening the windows, which, again, would have allowed the natural breeze to come in. The wifi was spotty, too, which made accomplishing anything online trying. That said, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the pool area and patio in the front of the hotel were both very nice.

Nice staff in a quite shabby hotel

The breakfast was big but almost nothing was eatable unfortunately. The fruit was nice and the coffe tasted good. The rest was just different form of white bread. Anyway it was priceworthy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a desent place, in a perfect location.

Estadia agradåvel e localização excelente

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos limpos, cafĂ© da manhĂŁ bom. Mas, alguns recepcionistas sĂŁo bem
 Neutros, por assim dizer. O atendimento do concierge e da camareira foi bem mais receptivo e acolhedor do que de alguns recepcionistas, acredito que seja necessĂĄrio algum treinamento para um atendimento mais humanizado e principalmente o primordial, eles precisam ter conhecimento das localidades e pontos turĂ­sticos. No meu perĂ­odo todo de estada eu sĂł ouvia “nĂŁo sei, nĂŁo conheço, tĂĄ fechado” isso desanima o turista. Meu elogio vai para o atendimento do Roberto e dos recepcionistas noturnos do dia 27/09 que eu nĂŁo tive a satisfação de saber o nome.

É um hotel bastante simples. Ficamos no tĂ©rreo, e era barulhento. O ar condicionado nao tinha regulagem, era somente ligado/desligado. Ao mesmo tempo, nao era disponibilizado cobertor ou edredon, solicitamos na recepção e nos forneceram duas pequenas mantas, insuficientes. O wifi nao pegava no quarto, e mesmo na recepção a velocidade era bastante limitada. No domingo, o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ estava lotado, tivemos que esperar. Talvez essa nossa mĂĄ experiĂȘncia tenha sido tambĂ©m associada Ă  lotação do hotel naquele fim de semana.
