Excelente flat, pé na areia, com 2 suítes confortáveis e climatizadas. Muito bem localizado. Recomendo. A única ressalva foi em relação a limpeza, encontrei os vasos sanitários sujos de urina e com mal cheiro, cabelos nos ralos, o que comprova que não foram limpos. Entrei em contato com a gestão do flat, que se comprometeram a mandar um equipe para reforçar a limpeza, o que não ocorreu. Acredito que foi algo pontual. No mais, recomendo a hospedagem.

Notamos que a unidade em que ficamos nao era a que estava em nossa reserva. Algumas diferencas notaveis como uma piscina privativa que so existia no anuncio, alem disso a jacuzzi nao funcionava nem a tv da sala. Deixou a desejar.

Tive a surpresa pois na hora da compra o apartamento dizia ser de frente pro mar e quando cheguei foi outro. Mas minha mãe, meu filho e avó amaram e aí eu fiquei satisfeita. O apartamento estava super limpo, cheiroso, o condomínio é excelente e a localização é maravilhosa, perto de tudo. Eu amei !!!

Custo-benefíco extraordinário

O local cumpre o que promete, sobretudo em termos de comodidade. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. É só levar comida e pronto, dá pra se virar muito bem. A praia é rasa, embora as ondas sejam um pouco fortes. A areia, dentro da água, tem um pouco de entulho, em virtude do desgaste de manilhas de concreto que delimitam uma faixa de praia pros hóspedes. Se pedir, o pessoal instala guarda-sol e cede cadeiras. A piscina é pequena, com uma parte mais funda e outra mais rasa (um palmo de profundidade). Pra adultos que só querem relaxar, é suficiente. Pra crianças, a parte rasa não deve ser tão boa, mas pra essa finalidade tem a praia. Pra bebês é excelente, dá pra deixar eles sentados, O local é bem acessível pra cadeirantes e outras pessoas com mobilidade reduzida

Excelente custo e beneficio!

A hospedagem foi ótima, a equipe estava sempre disponível para ajudar. O apartamento é igual a foto, em excelente condições e conta com itens básicos de cozinha. A localização é super fácil de encontrar e além da garagem tem a rua do lado que você pode estacionar sem problemas. Claudia nos recebe de maneira muito atenciosa.
