Constructed in the 1970s by a champion Austrian Ski-racer, this beautifully preserved family home retains most of the original features, all with a distinct Austrian charm.
With a magnificent uninterrupted panorama over Lake Jindabyne, The large lounge features a substantial wood fireplace as the centerpiece - perfect for relaxing in the evenings when you return from a day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or water sports on the lake.
The bespoke features are a true testament to the original character. The apartment also contains a custom-built private sauna, full equipped laundry and boot dryer. This 200m2 apartment features 3 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom each possesses its own unique personality. The kitchen has a double oven and a new induction cooktop for the entertainer, with a separate dining area. In a world of cookie-cutter homes, this property stands as a living testament to the essence of individuality and history
