Escape to our serene and family-friendly four-bedroom chalet, nestled in a tranquil cul-de-sac. With a spacious deck, a kids' playset, and a luxurious 7-person saltwater hot tub, it's the ideal retreat for people seeking fresh air and countryside relaxation. Our cozy abode promises a peaceful getaway for all ages!

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by three easy steps leading to our house, situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac road at the top of a private community. Our property spans a 1-acre lot, offering ample room for outdoor activities and is adorned with wood chips and surrounded by mountain laurels, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.

As you step inside, a spacious entryway welcomes you with a lengthy bench for putting on and taking off your shoes, eight hooks for coats and jackets, and a convenient table to leave your keys and wallet.

The first floor presents two cozy bedrooms. To the left, you'll find a comfortable queen bed accompanied by a TV for your entertainment. On the right, a low-to-the-ground full-over-twin bunk bed is ideal for younger children. Both rooms are bathed in natural light, equipped with blackout blinds for privacy, and feature fans to maintain your comfort. Each room has its own thermostat for heating. During the summer months, we provide window AC units to ensure a cool night's sleep. There are two large ceiling fans in the great room. The full bathroom downstairs has a bathtub.

The open floor plan of our great room seamlessly integrates cooking, entertaining, and dining into one expansive area. Our kitchen boasts new LG appliances that are whisper quiet. The sizable quartz counter provides three stools for casual seating, and the dining table comfortably seats eight guests. Off of the kitchen is a laundry closet with large washer and dryer.

Stepping outside from the great room, you'll find a spacious wooden deck showcasing a 7-person saltwater hot tub for your ultimate relaxation. Turkish towels are readily available for a soothing soak at any time. Adjacent to the deck, a large gravel patio with chairs and sunshade invites you to relax outdoors. For cozy evenings, we provide a fire pit and chairs, perfect for making s'mores and sharing campfire stories with friends and family.

The large 4-burner BBQ on the deck is connected to the home's propane tank, so you never need to worry about filling or finding gas for the grill.

On the side of the house, a delightful playset awaits, complete with swings, monkey bars, and climbing walls to keep the little ones entertained.

Venture upstairs to find a charming loft equipped with a TV and two stacked single beds. The upstairs bunk room offers four single beds, perfect for the kids. Lastly, the upstairs master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and connects to a full bathroom with a spacious tiled shower.

The loft, stairs, and each of our bedrooms is adorned with wall-to-wall carpeting for added comfort.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

✷ Septic System: Flush toilet paper only. Any other items may damage the system and result in a minimum $50 charge.
✷ Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 21+ with government-issued ID.
✷ Linens & Towels: Beds include mattress/pillow protectors, comforters, quilts, and extra blankets. We provide 1 towel per guest, 2 kitchen towels, and 1 hand towel per bathroom. No beach towels or hot tub robes provided.
✷ Starter Supplies: Includes paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand/dish soap, sponge, dishwasher & laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
✷ Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are in use for safety.
✷ Check-Out: 10:00 AM sharp. Late departures are $50/hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
✷ Hot Tub: A $154.50 fee will apply if water is left cloudy, dirty, or with residue.
✷ No Parties or Events.
✷ No Fireworks, Firearms, Hunting, or Trapping.
✷ No Motorized Vehicles: ATVs, dirt bikes, and motorcycles are not allowed, except for driveway parking.
✷ Parking: Do not park on grass.

✷ Accessibility: Home may have stairs or features affecting accessibility. See listing.
✷ Rental Agreement: May be required before confirmation.
✷ Fines: Guests are responsible for any fines from town/HOA during stay.
✷ Trash: Must be disposed of at local dump. Excess trash left behind may incur $25+/bag fee. Improper/hazardous disposal may be fined $100–$500, with photos and itemized charges provided within 14 days of check-out.
✷ Cleaning Fee: Covers standard cleaning. Extra fees apply if home is left excessively dirty (e.g., stains, food mess, rule violations). Minimum $50 with full documentation.
✷ Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking indoors—including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking violations (odors, damage, butts) incur fines of $200–$2,000. If found during stay, guest may be asked to vacate without refund.
✷ Amenity Use: Use hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ responsibly. Supervise children, avoid alcohol and overheating in hot tub (max 104°F), extinguish all fires, and follow safety precautions.
✷ Guest Liability: Guests are responsible for damages from misuse (e.g., broken covers, wrong detergents, blocked drains).
✷ Liability Waiver: By booking, you acknowledge all terms, assume responsibility for accidents/damages, and release the owner from claims related to use of amenities.
