Understaffed

Always amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed. Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am. Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel.

Great service, amazing pool at the rooftop, warm welcoming, great breakfast and amazing spa. Great room (and shower room) with all what we needed. The only downside was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The hotel is fine. All of the work occurring around the hotelmade our stay not as pleasant as usual. Until the work is completed by the City the hotel I cannot see staying there.

I came 2 times in 2 weeks here and the first was great no problems the second time when I went to check in they tried charging me VAT tax when I’m American and not only did they try charging for just this time but for the time before. The staff was very unprofessional through out the stay.
