Not enough disabled parking, not enough accessible friendly ways to check in so people with disabilities had to sit far away from the desk waiting their turn to check in, messy discarded cups in the lobby, loud and noisy on the street woke us up early. We kept getting notices from the property before we’d been there even 12 hours about “when will you check out.” Construction right outside room was so so loud. Not their fault but coupled with everything made it a lousy experience. Front desk staff misinformed my husband about the restaurant - gave wrong hours of opening, wrong name, everything and my husband wasn’t able to get dinner. We were here for my medical appointments in NYC. This wasn’t a “fun” trip. We just booked a hotel to try to get down and back. This was very harrowing an experience. Will never be back.

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Only complaint was the airport shuttle. They advertise free shuttle, but it doesn’t start until 7 AM, so if you have an early flight you have to pay for a very expensive Uber.

The shuttle is not convenient. The pickup time is fixed. I used to think it is for free but it’s actually not a service from the hotel. The fan didn’t seem to work, though they said it was actually working. No disposable item was available (to be purchased). Remember to bring all the items you need: slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc.

Great experience at Wyndham! The room was clean and spacious. Additionally, the shuttle services they offer (airport shuttle and nyc shuttle) were a huge help! Great experience here.

Coffee machine in the room didn't work - wrong bags were provided or some other problem , the tv and main light in the bedroom didn't turn on. Breakfast was average and I had to ask for the food even though it was supposed to be buffet style and this breakfast buffet cost 15 dollars
