Do Your Research

Upon check in, the Air Conditioning unit was broken. After a few hours, we were able to finally get in touch with the property manager. He bought and delivered 3 window units, but we had to install ourselves. Thankfully I was with a few of my college buddies so it wasn’t a problem. As far as the location, very sketchy. There were meth heads walking the street and had been mean-mugged by the neighbors a few times. There was no street parking, so we had to park at a parking garage 15 minutes away and uber back.
