The accommodation, location, and surrounding area were overall very good. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, and shopping facilities are within close proximity. New York City can be reached conveniently by bus in approximately 25 minutes; alternatively, Uber or taxi services are easily available. The surrounding area itself is very appealing.The apartment is nice and spacious, making it particularly well suited for families, as it offers ample space and comfortable rooms. Communication with the host was also consistently smooth and reliable.The only minor point to note is the sound insulation between the floors. Footsteps from the upper level were clearly audible, especially during the evening and nighttime hours, which slightly affected the overall quietness. However, this appears to be more related to the building structure.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation.

Host seemed welcoming, although it seemed like automated messaging, so it makes me assume it's owned and managed by a rental company. There were very few amenities. Enough towels and sheets. We got extra toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, had to buy shampoo and conditioner, there was only soap available. There were enough dishwasher packets. The place was bare bones. Enough to sleep and watch TV but we didn't spend much time there. While the listing says minutes away from the city, I'd call it a solid 30 minutes to get into the city. If I would have known the house was in Jersey, we would have flown into Newark. The drain in the stand up only shower was completely loose and flopped around everywhere.

Great Experience

The property was perfect for 5 people. It was convenient to a conference that we attended in Manhattan (25 min bus ride). The management was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Antonio's Pizza which was a block away!
