Me encantó! Bien Rico el desayuno buffet. Habitación Super Cómoda con Neverita microondas y fregadero. Baño Super Cómodo. Todo muy bonito. Excelente ubicación. Super cerca de Manhattan. Tiene estación de Transporte Público (Bus) frente al hotel que te lleva al centro de Manhattan bién rápido. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este hotel. Gracias!

Some of the breakfast items were not as hot as I think they should have been. Great variety and the coffee was good. Hotel room very clean. We had a king suite, very roomy. I appreciate the water bottles. I am not used to sleeping on a spring mattress.

The wait for the elevator was insane. Just when you thought it was finally on your floor, it was full and you had to wait for it again. Unfortunately, the stairs did not allow you to exit on the lobby floor. It was either the elevator, or the emergency exit to the road and then had to go back to the front entrance. As for the front entrance, that’s the ONLY entrance. You had to park your car in the parking garage and then walk all the way back out to the front entrance. The pool was under construction, which we were not aware of. Rooms were decent size but outdated.

Pool is closed. Main reason for booking. They gave me the run around and wouldn’t let me cancel. Room was cozy. Sink water had pressure and toilet needed to be flushed twice

Great hotel stay. The bus stop to Times Square was right outside the hotel. There was a million restaurants right outside the hotel as well… including outback and chipotle etc. I mean this place was a legitimate wonderland. It was a great place to come back from the busy city and relax. Although we didn’t spend much time there at the hotel, it was a safe place to store our stuff and sleep. 20-25 min. Bus ride to the time square port authority Buses run every 7-15 min. It was just amazing. I cannot wait to come again. I know exactly where I’m staying. This is it for me !!!!

Very nice hotel. Very happy and would stay again. Staff was pleasant and helpful, complimentary breakfast was satisfactory to our needs. Negatives were the heating system/fan in the room which would kick on and off frequently regardless of the temperature setting, and the entirety of the hotel was very chilled, constant breeze throughout, making breakfast slightly uncomfortable but not terrible. Again would definitely stay here again. Direct bus to and from the New York port authority, bus stop right outside the hotel, and plenty of accessible restaurants and generic shopping stores all within walking distance.
