Very Mixed feelings . Room is big with 2 king beds in 2 room suites. My kids love it .with Pool and huge dinning hall and very good inside view . Great for family with kids . Breakfest is feeling amazing in first 2 days , (you need breakfest voucher ) Bacon/Sausage/Waffle fried/boil egg/chick nuggets , but that's same for every day , and pretty salty . omelette station is awesome , very fresh and tasty ! quite some optiosn for juice/milk.... & 3 waffle machines . There was no coffee & water in hallway since afternoon, you need to purchase water from their store . You need key to goes to anywhere and even into the hotel main entrance and they put big print notes in room to warn you you may get penalty for up to $1000 if anything broken in room . Great location , bus 320 stop right infront of hotel , take 25 minutes to manhattan port authority then connect subway if you goes to NY . There are tons of dinning options , reasonable price , alots of varity , Walmart & sam club also 2 minutes away

We made the best of it, somewhat clean, quiet staff is friendly and helpful, great location. That being said Around 8pm the hotel ran out of hot water for the rest of the night, front desk said they will send over someone. ?? when there is a large amount of people coming in to the hotel, I guess they couldn’t handle them. Breakfast closes at 10, why? Shouldn’t it be 11? Maid service is not available unless you ask for it. Pool doesn’t look too good.

Fairly priced for what you get

Got the double queen room. Comes with sofa bed. Plenty of space for everyone. A tv in bedroom and tv in living room. Plus a small sink and fridge. I don't like that there are not stairs to go up and down floors like that. It leads out to street. The breakfast was fine. The waffle fries served at breakfast was horrible. Like old or not prep right.

Liked the small business family owned feel about the hotel, they really care and want you to get the most out of the money you send to book there, everyone is polite and helpful. Breakfast is good, large selection of breakfast options. Clean, well lit and walk to restaurants.

This is such an awesome place! I love the set up of it! The pool was a little small and got crowded with no towels and chairs one night, but we still had a great time in it. They had life jackets and toys for the kids in the pool too! The breakfast was AMAZING! So close to the American dream and so many other shopping areas and restaurants in walking distance. If we ever come back to this area, this is where we will stay! The rooms were dated but we didn’t mind at all!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I expected a comfortable and professional lodging experience, but instead encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted my stay. First and foremost, the customer service was extremely poor. Upon arrival, I was met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff at the front desk. When I inquired about an issue with my reservation, the staff member left me waiting at the desk while they went upstairs, only to return and inform me that the room I had booked was unavailable. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation in a professional manner. Additionally, the room I was given was not what I had reserved. I had specifically booked a two-bedroom suite with a king bed, yet instead, I was provided with a one-bedroom suite where a king bed had been placed in the living room, just two feet from the door. This setup was completely inadequate, inconvenient, and unprofessional. Beyond the room mix-up, the overall condition of the accommodations was unacceptable. The room was small, outdated, and poorly maintained, with stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The bathroom had cracked tiles, weak water pressure, and a persistent musty odor. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, the air conditioning did not function properly, and the walls were so thin that I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms

The room was good very spacious, the only thing is that we didn’t know how to get the shower tuning but we call the resection and they send somebody and show us how to use it.
