Les lits sont corrects sans plus. Il faut demander le service aux chambres si vous demeurez plus d’une nuit. L’insonorisation est inexistante donc il ne faut pas être près des ascenseurs car le bruit est trop important.

Great hotel!!

Great hotel! Perfect location with lots of restaurants and mall not too far away. Very nice, comfortable, large room. Great complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. The room's AC didn't work properly and room had a musty smell. Also, if a room accommodates four why do I have to pay extra for the 3rd person?!

It looks almost like an apartment complex. The inside is beautiful with the leaves hanging down from the hallways, and breakfast had a lot of options! Our suite was spacious too. There’s a convenient bus stop right next to the hotel that takes you to the American Dream or NYC. Would definitely come back again for a stay!

A nice stay with an unexpected event

We had a very nice suite on the 9th floor. It was very comfortable, and we could easily control the environment. we could not find a program guide for the TV, only a list of channels, but we did find a channel that we liked. The hotel experienced and incident very early Sunday morning. A fire alarm required evacuation of the entire building. As we exited our suite we met a blind couple. We guided them to the stairs and escorted them down all 9 flights of stairs to the outside of the building. After the building was cleared of a false alarm, we escorted them back in. There was a huge like of people waiting at the elevators. Breakfast was just opening up, so we helped this couple get some breakfast. We got our breakfast and sat and talked with them. When we were done we escorted them back to their room. This was an unexpected but wonderful experience.
