Welcome to a Jersey City GEM!!! Luxury and character define this exposed brick condo. Immense natural light saturates the space thru the windows and skylights. The first floor of this unit has a powder room and large kitchen/entertainment space with a TV and bluetooth sound system to watch a movie or listen to music from your smartphone.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each containing a queen bed and full en suite bathroom with standing shower. Both bedrooms also have a TV with access to your favorite Netflix and Hulu titles. There is also an office space on this level to hide out and get work done. The entire unit has 10ft+ high ceilings and ample recessed lighting. MANY restaurants and bars nearby. Guests also have the option of reserving a chef de cuisine for an on-site dining experience upon request.

This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. We had a hard time finding the thermostat but the owner communicated quickly. Beds were super comfy. It was a unique property that had been recently redone. We would stay again. Thank you!

No heat downstairs, a kitchen poorly equipped for cooking and a very loud neighborhood.
