Holiday home for 6 people in Jerez de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
We offer relaxation with spectacular views of Jerez (only 10 minutes away), Puerto de Santa María (10 minutes away) and the bay of Cádiz.
It is a farm on the side of a mountain called Sierra de San Cristóbal, so it is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems, because the access has many stairs. It is magnificently located to go to the beaches of Cádiz. Near a golf course 10 minutes away. It has a patio and private garden of 2500 m2. Essential car.
They have a house of 120 m2 on the ground floor and 60 m2 on the top floor.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with air conditioning and an XL double bed; private bathroom with shower and a small living room with two sofas. On the ground floor a bathroom with shower and two large bedrooms with air conditioning in each one, a large living room with fireplace and air conditioning plus a fully equipped independent kitchen. Next to the pool they have a toilet and another kitchen. We request a deposit of 300 euros that we will return in its entirety if there have been no breakages or damage to the house.
Services and common areas.
In front of the house there is a patio with an area with sofas under a pergola and on a lower terrace is the pool and another pergola next to a small kitchen with a fridge and toilet. All surrounded by a large garden with grass. Smoking is prohibited inside the house for this purpose there is a large outdoor area.
Other notable aspects.
The farm occupies about 8,500 m2 and is located on the side of a mountain. It has a pine forest with paths to walk through them and a small viewpoint. Leaving the farm at the top there is a path from where you can see the entire bay of Cádiz. They also have a ping-pong table and a small soccer field for children. Relaxation guaranteed since you will only hear the birds singing and views of the Jerez countryside and its city.
