This beach house has an open floor plan, large living/dining room, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, screened in sunroom and plenty of parking. Nettles Island has so many fun things to do, 2 heated swimming pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce, shuffle board, miniature golf, horseshoes, boat ramp, Large club house, cafe, pool table, gym, library, church services, onsite grocery store, salon, boutique, boat and paddle board rentals. Best of all you're pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on property. Walton Rock is an off leash beach 5 miles North A1A. This beach house is perfect for snow birds that would like the opportunity to invite friends and family during their stay or just enjoy a little more elbow room.

Our stay here was perfect!The home was very clean and cozy with every bedroom so beautifully decorated and beds so comfy!The Florida room is spacious and private which allowed for my wife and I to rise early and have a quiet space so as to not wake our teenage "sleepy heads":).The ad says and easy walk to the beach and based on proximity to the baech could not be more accurate....we loved it!!
