Comfortable bed and excellen shower. Could be cleaner. Good selection of food for breakfast, coffee was weak tho.

The hotel is pretty. Room is spacious but too bad..it’s not well maintained. Dusty room. I had to ask them to sweep the floor again. And the bathroom is rusty, stained and the bathtub is chipped. Towels wasn’t too clean (it was yellowish color instead of white). Breakfast was good and a lot of choices. It was for only for a night stop and rest. With the price…I take it.

Terrible bathrooms. Shower is not enclosed so everything gets wet. Ok for homestay, not acceptable for a hotel at this price.

Base to see the sights in Jember

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Great ambience. The room and bathroom was compact and smallish. The breakfast was ample with a good variety. The vicinity was not as nice as Hotel Luminor. Will be happy to stay here again.

De kamers zijn ruim en het bed ligt erg comfortabel. Ook de kussens zijn prettig. Helaas is het hotel duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe. Er is zichtbaar achterstallig onderhoud: kapotte vloertegels, beschadigde meubels en sloten, en een badkamer die beter onderhouden zou kunnen worden. Het geheel maakt een wat verouderde indruk, terwijl het in het verleden waarschijnlijk een mooi hotel is geweest. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen; de hygiëne liet te wensen over en het geheel oogde niet erg verzorgd. Jammer, want met wat meer aandacht en onderhoud zou dit hotel weer veel potentie kunnen hebben. ⸻ “3/10 – of laat je dat liever weg?
