can't say enough good things about the staff. they are incredible! Food at breakfast was great, restaurants convenient around hotel. Valets were excellent. the reason i didn't give a full 5 stars was the layout of the room- smallest Embassy I have ever stayed. no 2 rooms that i was expecting with table/etc. not set up at all like usual ones. but would definitely recommend. Had a great time.

The hotel was amazing. Our room was clean and very large. Excellent location for concerts at Fourth street live . Only negative was no parking included and $45 for them to valet park .

Perfect for the concert venue, just exactly across the street. Just perfect! The area around is a bit rough, not be exactly safe. The hotel staff and amenities 10 out if 10! Amazing complementary breakfast bufet! Just amazing! The only problem we had was this: gave the van up for valet parking. When we got our vehicle back the next morning, it stunk very strongly of merijuana to the point that one of our kids got nauseous.

Pretty sure I’ll always try to stay here. It was luxurious, large clean room. Given free cocktails and breakfast which was not the typical hotel breakfast. Parking is pretty high, ($40) which I was surprised about but overall, a wonderful night.

Our flight was delayed, and we send a message to the hotel that we are going to be checking in late and make sure our room stays reserved. When we showed up at the hotel our room was given away. When they realized that mistake was made, they gave us another room. We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping only cleaned the room twice. we had to ask for towels, soap and toilet paper. And now we found out that they charged us a no-show fee because we did not check in on time even after we send them a special message about been checking in late. Very dissatisfied with the stay at this location. Will not book again.

Our shower was poor. EVERY shower we took the water ended up on the floor. We had to put extra towels down. I took videos and showed it to front desk on two separate occasions also showed the maintenance guy. He went and said it was fixed. Put again when we took shower again it was the same. Even when I moved the show head more towards the wall it didn’t work. When love embassy but the water problem is unexceptionable.
