Easy access to Jeddah Airport

Good for overnight stay. Close to airport makes this a convenient option. Quite a few eating places in the same street. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was clean and modern. On the downside, our taxi driver could not find the location and hotel reception were not answering any calls, so it took us ages to find directions. Location was not picked up on google maps. Airport shuttle was arranged through hotel and price was fixed, however the driver charged us more and said the hotel did not inform him of our arrangement.

Nice apartment close to the Airpor

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Whatever we needed, information included, they were more than ready to help. We arrived late (11pm) after a complete 6 hour debacle at the airport. We still wanted to go and make Umrah right away though. The receptionist got us transportation that took us to Makkah, waited until we finished Umrah and then returned us to the hotel. It's was extremely convenient. The receptionist also told us it would be a lot easier on us if we wore the hotel slippers instead of our big bulky sneakers. That proved to be an amazing tip as it meant we didn't have to carry them around during the Umrah. The morning receptionist was also very kind and courteous.

The hotel was convenient, 5mins drive to the international exhibition center in Ubhur. There r some fast food restaurants and a supermarket adjacent or nearby. Reasonable for what u pay!

Should not be allowed to operate

This is by far the most disappointing hotel I have ever visited. Especially the rooms and particularly bath rooms. Shower space was so limited simply you cannot fit unless you are a child or a midget.. The only bright side was the reception staff.. really nice and helpful.

• موقع الفندق ليس جيد لمن يبحث عن الـنزهـة الشوارع المحيطة بالفندق سيئة جدا وتحتاج صيانة • تسجيل الوصول كان فيه تأخير قليلا • يوجد رائحة دخان من الغرف المجاورة • النظافة ممتازة • ربما يناسب أصحاب الأعمال
