Booked 2 family suites. They gave us one and we had to tell them to give us the suite we booked and changed rooms. Then we got to the rooms and no towels. Asked for 6 towels since there were 3 people staying in each room, and they only gave us 2 towels saying that they didn’t have enough so we had to share. There were stains on the bedsheets and floor. No shower curtains so water dripped everywhere

Very neat and clean, must recommend I really appreciated the service staff, especially Manager Tetu. Breakfast was awesome, traditional food I really liked it
