Be advised that despite the number of people booked for a room, one will still need to request extra towels. They don’t seem to have enough. Wait at the front desk until a towel is given and don’t wait for them to deliver to your room. Otherwise a very comfortable and clean hotel.

Carawan was clean and the receptionists were friendly and professional, making it a pleasant 2-day stay. However, I had booked 3 nights through Expedia but had to leave early due to an emergency. Despite paying in cash and being eligible for a refund, the hotel refused to process it without an email from Expedia. After Expedia confirmed they had sent the email, Carawan still declined the refund, which was quite disappointing.

We wasted a lot of time at the receptionist who wasn’t able to do a simple check in booked through Expedia. Despite given the reservation print out from Expedia, he couldn’t find our reservation, he kept asking for reservation number and name. He also was rude, he mistook me for another reservation 1 month ago (and told us we had an expired reservation). I get the feeling he didn’t know what he was doing and finally he had to call for help from another colleague after 20 mins of going round in circles. When we reach our room there was no towel! When we went to the reception to ask for towels, they said there is no more towels and we had to wait 1 hour! We insisted they had to find some and they finally brought 2 over. Overall a bad experience, rude customer service and totally waste of money.
