Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Stepped path (18 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Grava" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
