Guests can relax on the covered terrace and dining area next to the pool, lie down on the sunbeds by the pool, or gather around the modern outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with a table for 12 people, ideal for outdoor dinners under the stars. There is also a shaded seating area to rest comfortably and a covered ping-pong table, which will surely entertain both children and adults.

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying at the property. If you are below the minimum required age and proceed to confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the property upon arrival and lose any right to a refund.

2/ During the winter season, the pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please confirm by email at least seven days prior to arrival if you wish to use this facility.



For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract
