The three storey townhouse four bedrooms, one Master King with en-suite, one double, one small room with 2 singles as a double and a shower room on the first floor. The fourth bedroom/lounge on the third floor is equipped with a TV ,dvd player, dvd's ,mini fridge, has two single beds and a double sofa bed which can sleep up to four people. It also has two private sun terraces one with four sun loungers, the other with a table and chairs with lovely views of the Montgo mountain. There is another terrace at the front on the ground floor overlooking the pool with a table and chairs with a secure gate. At the rear is a private courtyard with a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. Own entrance. Fully fitted New kitchen, including a washer and dishwasher. Lounge/dining room very comfortable with a smart TV. Dining area and lovely comfy settee. The house has been updated to a high modern standard, ideal for families. It has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday in the Costa Blanca. No young groups of adults under 21 allowed.
