Stately villa with private pool in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for up to 6 people.

The villa is located in the popular, upscale district of BALCON-AL-MAR. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the newly built tower (bedroom and bathroom en-suite as well as the existing sun terrace) and its floor-length windows you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea 150 meters away. You can't fall asleep or wake up any better!

This 3rd bedroom in the tower with its own bathroom and existing sun terrace can be reached via an external staircase and its own entrance. Ideal for maintaining privacy for several people.

The accommodation offers a beautiful, automatically irrigated garden with lawn and its own pine forest, as well as a beautiful pool and an impressive view of the sea and a direct view of the idyllic white lighthouse of Capo de la Nao.

At the pool itself there is another (4th) toilet and an outdoor shower. The villa has an 8-arch arcade made of original Tosca stone in the lower area. Here you can sit comfortably and protected on the beautiful natural stone facade of the house ... and let your soul unwind. This is definitely our favorite place ....

BALCON-AL-MAR is already in a very quiet area, this villa is even quieter within BALCON-AL-MAR in a residential street. (see Google Maps positioning) ..... Pure relaxation!
The proximity to the Arenal sand beach, the famous bays of Ambolo and especially Granadella (!) as well as the old town and the harbor district makes this a suitable villa to spend your holidays with family or friends and even your pets.
Various bars and restaurants (including the famous Miralago with 180* sea view terrace) as well as various shops in BALCON-Al MAR just a few hundred meters from the villa and free WiFi round off this top location.

> Outdoor furniture in the tower room terrace
> New bed frames, nightstands and chest of drawers (in white) and mattresses in the 2nd bedroom (the pictures still show the old, brown bedroom furniture)

> In Oct24 we have the tower room has been newly furnished, and there is now a large double bed with new mattresses here too

Our on-site caretaker will show you how to use and handle the system. You can monitor and control consumption yourself. Costs up to € 50 / week are free; any additional costs are billed separately and paid on site.

** Winter rental contract at least 3 months, ideally 5-6 months if available, individual price depending on duration/period. The cheapest monthly price ("from" €1,850 / month) refers to a rental period of 6 months. The additional energy costs (especially heating costs) are €490 / month (heating costs are only shown separately for winter rental contracts, otherwise included).
Simply enter the desired period for the winter rental, ignore the short-term rental prices and send as an inquiry. We will then create an individual offer for the period directly from this.
