Family Group

We were a family group with 3 generations. The villa is well appointed and comfortable. Everything you might need is contained within this open plan and well designed space. Our Host was extremely helpful.

1 Schlafzimmer nicht bewohnbar!

Das Haus ist sehr schön ,es gibt alles was man benötigt. Der Pool im außen Bereich ist beheizt. Nur leider kann man es höchstens mit 6 Personen als wie angegeben für 8 Personen nutzen. Das 4 Schlafzimmer befindet sich nicht direkt im Haus,sondern hat einen Nebeneingang. Dieser Eingang ist nicht in einer normalen Türeingangs Höhe, sondern man muss sich bücken um in den Raum hinein zu kommen!! Des Weiteren ist dieser Raum komplett feucht. Der Putz fällt von der Feuchtigkeit von den Wänden.

Modernes Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Wohnlage

Sehr schöne Lage in ruhiger Sackgasse. Gemütlicher Wohnraum mit offener Küche. Für Ferienhaus ausreichende Küchenausstattung. In der kühleren Jahreszeit freut man sich über den gut funktionierenden Kamin. Wertige Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Nach einigen anderen (teilweise sehr enttäuschenden) Objekten meine absolute Nummer 1.

Ruhig gelegene, wunderschön gepflegte und sehr saubere Villa inmitten einer wunderschönen und vielfältigen Gartenanlage mit beheiztem Pool. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr gut eingerichteten Haus von Beginn weg sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt einen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler, die drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder sind sehr schön und mit viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet im Haus, die grossen Fenster waren einfach herrlich. Der Pool inklusive Aussenbereich ist schlicht herrlich und kaum zu topen. Der Pool ist beheizt und wunderbar zum schwimmen und sich abkühlen. Es gibt genügend Platz für die Liegen. Überall um das Haus herum gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten und Lounges. Sogar oben auf dem Haus. Diese bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick über die Gegend und auf das Meer. Hinter dem Haus, neben der Küche, gibt es einen ausziehbaren Tisch, um draussen zu essen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, wir haben immer sofort eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Vorgängig hat uns Fátima eine Dokumentation mit Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. zugesandt. Das Haus war sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall hierhin zurück kommen! Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohl und "zu Hause" gefühlt.

Espectacular

La casa es increíble, incluso más bonita que en la fotos. Construcción nueva y moderna, con la parcela justa para disfrutar. La ubicación muy buena, un lugar tranquilo, apenas se escuchan ruidos y unas vistas maravillosas. La piscina impresionante, hemos pasado horas y horas en ella. Sin duda, para repetir.
