You`ll love; the pool, proximity to the beach (just minutes walk to Juc beach & shops) & access to the peaceful Jan Juc Creek Reserve straight out the back gate. Entertain on the deck (with electric heaters) & toast marshmallows by the fire pit surrounded by the leafy back garden. Complete with modern heating & cooling, plus car charger in the garage.
This home is spread across one level, with steps down to the laundry and garage access from the house. All bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms & kitchen are on street level (with steps up to the front door). The home consists of:
- 3 x queen bedrooms.
- 1 x separate living space with sofa bed (sleeping 2 - BYO linen, duvet & pillows are provided) & sliding door
- Open plan living, dining & kitchen.
- 1 family bathroom with bespoke tiled step in bath & shower.
- 2 x ensuite bathrooms with showers.
- entertaining deck with electric heaters.
- Back garden with fire pit.
- heated pool - ONLY DURING THE MONTHS OF SEPT-APRIL. Cooler months the pool is not heated.
- gate at the bottom of the garden that takes you directly onto the nature reserve and fast access to the beach and Juc shops.
Please note none of the bedrooms have black out blinds, they do have sheer blinds and sheer curtains for privacy but they do not fully block out the morning sun. The home was designed in this way to be light filled.
Please note - strictly no smoking anywhere outside (including deck & garden) or inside the property.
All linen and towels provided for 6 guests, please BYO towels and linen for the sofa bed.
Scooters and bikes are available for guests to use.
Access to the entire property apart from some locked cupboards for owners use. Guests will have access to the 1 car garage with car charging port. There is also room for a car on the driveway and free street parking too.
