We have been visiting the casino for about 4 years and watched as the resort was being built. We have stayed here twice now after completion of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean and every room has some sort of a view which can be very mesmerizing. They just opened the dipping pool and though we didn’t go in we had to check it out. Very nice with an outside bar and very clean. There is also a new workout room with an ample amount of different machines, weights, yoga balls and mats. We always have a great time in the casino and payout was decent. The only thing that was a very slight disappointing was we went to the bar to have one shot around 1am before going back to our room, waited 5 minutes for someone to help us, then were told he didn’t realize what time it was and he couldn’t serve anymore alcohol. I completely understand the rules but they should have something posted for when they stop serving and we should have been noticed that we needed help quicker since there were at least 3 people working behind the bar. Everyone was very kind though. Overall we love the Chicken Ranch and will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous rooms!

Room was new, clean, huge and beautiful with a great view. Walk in shower with enough space for an entire family. Double sinks. Great covered parking in a garage. Limited restaurants in the casino but breakfast was good at TWLV and Trailblazer Coffee Co had delicious drinks and pastries. Overall, the staff was just okay. Some were very friendly and others were bordering on rude.

It was great. Thank you for warning us about night club noise. 1 complaint. I would like to choose if light undersink comes on. The light is disturbing. A small night light i could cover would be better. 1 extreme compliment. Re: the perch. The manager was wonderful she listened to our friend’s complaint that steak was way too salty. Additionally, If I could give a “star” to the salad chef for two remarkable salads. I have eaten caesar salad all over the world and the presentation of yours was original and I applaud you. So too for the wedge salad, completely original. We will see you next year.

Nice Rooms!

As for the hotel part, room was clean and comfortable. Very impressed with the quality of materials and layout. A lot of options for drinks and dining. I guess on weekends they turn the pool area into a nightclub on the 4th floor. The people at the front desk make you aware of this and have ear plugs available as it goes until 2am. We requested to be out as far as possible. The club music was faint and didn't bother us. It may bother some people of there room was closer.

Fun place to stay

Our stay was for a nearby family event however many of us stayed at the CRCR. We all agreed the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and we had fun at the pool patry. Also appreciated the free valet parking and free waters. Areas to improve: 1. the outdoor signage is too small print which is especially difficult to read at night. The arrows pointing direction are much too small. 2. No ventilation in the bathroom. 3. Room service was not available. Overall, we would return to the CRCR.
