Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible!!!

It took more than 3.5 hours for us to check in! We did not check in until after 10:30 PM! Then we found out that the AC did not work and it was impossible to sleep! The apartment was dirty and had bugs flying all through it. The staff of Travelio didn’t care to help us or make it right. I have been staying in Jakarta for 3 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in Indonesia! Just horrible! Don’t stay here! You will be disappointed, unable to sleep, and get eaten alive by bugs! We were so disappointed!
