Canceled on us 1 hour before check-in!

This was the most ridiculous experience of my life. I have been planning this trip for months and the host canceled one hour before check-in. He cited a “flood” but then refused to provide pictures. VRBO does not even impose a penalty to the host for ruining my entire vacation. Do not rent from Vrbo or this host ever.
