Some of the staff were very nice. The parking lot was small and unsafe. Restaurant unkept, dirty tables, not so attent staff. Staying at this place was simply a nightmare. Will now recommend it at all.

We got room 202, got there late and smell like sewer or mold from used AC. The smell was unbearable and I had to ask for a room change, we were given room 201 but still smell bad, the AC was not working well. The room has a jacuzzi inside and old Cassette AC system either or both cause bad smell and mold. These rooms should not be rented until proper repairs and cleaning are completed. At the restaurant the guy was using an air blower to clean up - very high noise and just removing the sand but not actually sanitizing the area.

We love the location. It’s right by the beach and further from the noise from Jacó. The restaurant was good and not too expensive. The room was simple but clean.

En general el hotel tiene una ubicación excelente frente a la playa, muy limpio y ordenado, el staff muy servicial y educado. Los únicos detalles son que al inmobiliario si necesita mantenimiento y el restante los precios son un poco elevados en comparación precio/calidad

Hotel and rooms are very dated and need remodeling and numerous repairs. Pictures do not reflect the actual room received. Room is in much worse condition. Disappointed, but was only a weekend trip. Not priced according to quality and condition. Will not be returning.

We checked in and got to the room and it was not what was expected. The hotel was uncomfortably hot. The pictures advertised are not accurate. They may have been when the hotel opened, but now looks nothing like the pictures and the area is not safe. And even though the ocean is right across the street, you can't swim it in it because of the rip currents. We ended up leaving before we even put our bags down and went to another hotel for the night. Highly displeased And should not even be suggested on this site.

The property andthe room were very clean. This hotel is obviously very family friendly but the noise level from 8 AM until 11 PM is quite substantial especially with a pool front room. The dining room area was not super clean and the food was average. But decent. The location is excellent across from the beach, but the locals love to gather across the road for beach access so it’s definitely not very private. The staff was wonderful and I would recommend this equivalent to a two star in the United States.
