This newly built has full amenities such as pool, AC, fast WIFI, gated/ shaded parking, but the most loved one is the rooftop patio perfect to watch Macaws, and from time to time monkeys. The main floor consist of a big kitchen/dining and living room with two large beautiful bedrooms. The kitchen has a large island that works perfectly as a dining table for 7, or as a beautiful work space. This area has 2 ACs to ensure you a perfect cooling and memorable times. Each bedroom has its own independent bathroom with hot water, as well as AC unit on each bedroom. One of our favorite features of this home is the sliding glass window walls that literally opens turning each bedroom into a indoor outdoor feel.
The rooftop has to be our favorite part of the home. The rooftop sitting area comes complete with a big tub for 4, reclining tanning chairs and a cozy jungly mountain view. We often find ourselves looking at macaws flying by while enjoying our morning cup of coffee. The staircase to the rooftop is right there at the hallway of living room. The stair steps as well as the shower floors have seashells to create a smooth beach texture. The property is fully gated with shaded parking for 1 car. Extra parking could be provided. enjoy the brand-new swimming pool outback

The property has digital locks to access for self check in. Guest have access to the entire house, private secure parking, rooftop terrace, Jacuzzi, and the entire gated property.
