Large condo right on the beach
It's a three bedroom beachfront condo with a beautiful pool. The unit has great views from a wide balcony. The pool area has WIFI. You can jump into the ocean and 30 seconds later be sitting in a lounge chair by the pool. The waves in the area tend to be rough but totally acceptable. On the other side of the condo is the Jaco main street filled with restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There are reasons we didn't give this unit five stars. First and foremost is the bed in the master bedroom, it needs to be replaced asap! The TV in that room also needs to be replaced as it's 15 years old(can't watch any streaming services). The toilets got plugged up regularly. The TV in the living room isn't connected to cable. Also, the living room is only setup for three people to watch at once which makes it hard for the entire family to watch together. The internet is good but doesn't reach all bedrooms. We've rented many homes over the years but never stayed in one that had a kitchen without a single teabag/coffee, condiment or oil. Some owners in the building have beach toys for their renters, this one didn't.Overall, Diamante Del Sol is a nice building with very good security and lots of parking. One thing it doesn't have was a gym (would have great on rainy days).
