Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business.
