We stayed for one night in Jacksonville for work and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was very friendly. The location was convenient and perfect for a short stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

There was no shampoo. Didn't realize until I was in the shower. The shower was like a nice skating rink. Very slippery and dangerous. Hotel was very clean.

Honestly, overall was a good stay. Just a small issue with incorrect information caused by the lack of probing questions to be sure that the answer given would be correct. Definitely not AJs fault when he had leadership there beside him. Also not major but very noticeable that the mirror in bathroom and sleeping were not properly cleaned. AJ you were awesome and we appreciate you, we were in town for a funeral and you definitely made my compadres day Sir!!!!!
