Perfect room, large and clean, but the breakfast options were disgusting and only had 1 waffle iron working…had to wait in line for a waffle and meanwhile they tore down the rest of the “buffet” right at 9 even though several people were waiting for food.

Having driven 8-10 hours straight and just needing a place on the route late night and quickly was amazing. I booked and within 15-20 mins i was there and they were ready! The front desk was amazing! My husband lost his ring and didn’t notice until 8 mins after check out and when we turned around, they didn’t hesitate to let me check! I tossed the room and thankfully we found it in the car in a weird spot

Nothing was good ! Staff rude, didn’t tell us you could turn on electricity without inserting the key card ! Who would have ever known that ?! Uncomfortable and to top it off the couldn’t get the shuttle driver to respond so we had to get an Uber and was almost late for our plane . Don’t stay here !!!

The breakfast is very limited. The hotel was very nice however upon entering my room there was a subtle odor of urine in the room. Due to dim lighting in the room, it wasn’t discovered that the bed had what appeared to be urine all over the sheets and comforter until the next morning.

We travel to Jacksonville at least three times a year, but this was our first stay here. We decided it might be a go to place in the future. The room had everything we need for a bit a longer stay. Small kitchen and great storage for our clothes. We were very happy with the details in the room that you don't usually find in a hotel. Clean also!
