The walls are extremely thin. We heard the next door neighbors. We could hear every word.everything was cheap quality. The rugs in the hallway and elevator were dirty. The lifts in the room were broken and all they said was sorry.

This Hotel deserves more than a 5 star rating!! Very clean and spacious. Free breakfast and we enjoyed the fitness center. Walking distance to every restaurant, gas station, Walmart, and more. We will most definitely stay here again!! Again this hotel deserves a 5 plus rating!!

The room was clean, the staff friendly, but, as you would expect, in the Baymeadows area of Jacksonville, a tad noisy. The worst part was the "breakfast." The area was destroyed by a busload of students, and the staff seemed to consist of one uninterested woman, therefore there was just some soggy eggs, no protein, no waffles (out) no juices (out) and generally a total mess. Several other people just walked away in disgust.
