Very nice VRBO. It had everything we needed. Clean, comfy beds, video games. Was close to the things we wanted to see. sweet Pete's Candy, Jacksonville Zoo and Catty Shack Ranch. I am a mom who just lodged at the game room loft with my two girls ages 15 and 16. My 15 yr old is an avid gamer and loved it! She immediately jumped on the timeless Pac-Man! I only had to reach out to the owner once to adjust the temp as it was too cold for us. We never got a chance to walk to near by ice cream shop:( We were there for an athletic competition at the University of North FL which was a 20 min drive. It was nice for everyone to have their own private space. Especially with two teenage girls. We will def stay again!

The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The host sent instructions with pictures so we knew exactly how to enter the property. Didn’t have any issues during our stay. Check out was simple. We will most likely stay again next time we are in town.

We stayed for an event at the Prime F. Osborn Convention Center. It was very easy to get downtown. Walking distance or short drive to restaurant, coffee shop and icecream shop.

Amazing!!!
