Living spaces
This entire condo in Palm Valley is thoughtfully arranged with three bedrooms, three beds, and 3.5 baths, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The main living and dining areas flow together, creating an inviting place to relax with a show on the HDTV or settle in with a book. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year-round, while a dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to balance downtime with remote work. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad allow for a smooth, flexible arrival.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a king bed, offering consistent comfort throughout the home. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each include their own private ensuite bath, giving families or groups space and privacy. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens to a balcony, a quiet spot to step out and take in views of the surrounding greenery.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals, with major appliances and ample room to prepare and gather. A nearby dining table anchors the space for shared meals, casual planning sessions, or an unhurried breakfast before a round of golf or a day exploring the area.

Outdoor living and amenities
Patio or balcony access extends your living space outdoors, with peaceful pond views adding to the sense of calm. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, offering another way to enjoy the setting. Within The Players Club at TPC Sawgrass, guests have access to the community pool and clubhouse. You may also book your own tee times at TPC Sawgrass or at The Yards, where tennis and pickleball are available to reserve. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces makes coming and going simple.

Additional features
The condo includes a washer, dryer, essentials, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.
